Pre-coaching professional experience:
After graduating with a BA (Hons) in Humanities from Brighton I started my career working in the arts for a London west end theatre producer, working on Matthew Bourne's ballets. Then for a not-for-profit arts marketing agency in event management, research and writing tenders supporting venues across Sussex.
With a view to moving to France I retrained as a language teacher with a CELTA from Cambridge and worked as an English for Business Teacher for a decade at France’s top private Business Schools creating courses and developing the student’s confidence in public speaking, business skills such as negotiation, persuasive writing, debating and marketing.
After a serious rethink of life, values, the work/life balance and my own mental health and recovery, I took some time out to study and moved into coaching.
